HOME PAGE - Click Here May 2007 Update Congrats Honey and Grandma Tammy on your new colt! Tammy reports Honey is doing great with her first baby - at the age of 19 that's pretty terrific! Tammy had almost given up getting this super mare in foal - glad we could help! Tejon's the proud dad of another of his trademark face markings but the color is..... undetermined at this time! We're asking all of the Palomino experts we know. I'll keep you posted! (5/5/07) Paris does it again at age 21! We're pleased to announce the easy birth of a very tall sorrel filly out of our Gay's Best (Gay Bar King) mare. She thinks she's a thoroughbred! Maybe another Tejon running barrels??? This little girl only stops when she's laying down. (4/07) Gorgeous Kay Cee Leaguer Filly hits the ground loping! Our Zips Chocolate Chip mare had her filly in the early evening with some minor problems but all is well now. Beautiful bay filly by Leaguer and already looks to be a hunt seat kinda gal! - Long legs and neck - she's suppose to do Western! - we'll have to wait and see....!! (4/07) Chris gets a filly this time! Chris M is the proud 'grandpa' of a little Tejon filly this time. Very striking sorrel with a connected star, strip and snip and put together just right! Chris is great with naming these little ones - mom's name is Penny - so - baby is Nickel! And with any luck Penny is on her way to making another awesome Tejon baby. (4/07) Gabby has another Brio! We're proud to say our Texas Kicker mare had another 'bratty' colt! NO fear in this guy - just like brother Brio (who's doing great in cutting!). What a hoot - lots of character and talent all ready! (4/07) Another Palomino for Chris M! Chris M had the first Tejon baby this year and is the proud owner of a palomino colt with chrome! Chris brought the mare up to rebreed and what a little chunk this guy is at 30 days. Arriving on the first day of spring he's aptly name Vern (and I'm not explaining that!) Mom is by PHBA World Open and Amateur Champion Doctor Vandal by Gay Doc. Lots of Halter and Performance in this mom! (You really will have to start showing again!) (3/07) Congratulations Pat and Rey Jay! After trying for several years (not with Tejon!) Pat finally got her 'baby'! We happened to call her within hours of the foal's arrival and hope all is going well! (6/06) Jazz gets a new home with Terri and Family Tejons Jazz (Docs Tejon X TK Pepilena X Texas Kicker) has a new home with Terri D. and family. With lots of 2 legged and 4 legged 'buddies' we're sure she'll have lots of TLC and fun! Thank you Terri! (8/06) DT Cookie Cutter moves to Nebraska! Congratulations and thank you to Wray Performance Horses on the purchase of 'Cookie' for their clients. Cookie went back to the show pen in big fashion after a few well deserved months off, she earned 30 points in one (maybe it was 2!) day for us and found a new home the next! The plan is to continue qualifying her for the World in Open Roping Events for 2006 and then on to the Youth World next year! Best Wishes! (6/06) It's a boy! And a Palomino! Chris M is the proud daddy of a Tejon baby foaled in April. From his description it's a pretty classy looking colt with LOTS of chrome. Out of CR Dazzlin Jet this colt may be the one to get Chris back to the PHBA Shows! We're still waiting on those pictures! (4/06) It's a girl!! We're pleased to announce our NRHA Top Ten Mare - TK Pepilena - gave us the cutest little filly! White socks - narrow blaze and a bundle of energy. If she moves when she gets older like she does now - wow! (3/06) Twinkles has a Boy! Last Detail style! We loaned one of our pleasure mares to good friends this past year and Diane is now the proud 'mother' of a handsome sorrel colt by The Last Detail. He was a bit of a bugger at first but is learning his manners and quite fun to watch! Roo moves south! Congratulations to Kevin on his purchase of Bad Lena Badger (Docs Tejon X My Ashley Lena X Gold Lena) from Chris M.! (yep - I just changed the names!) "Roo" is certainly one to keep you on your toes and Chris did a great job - so far her new owner is continuing on the road to success. Roo's full sister has a Superior in Team Heeling, nearing her Superior in Calf Roping and points in Heading so we're sure Roo has the talent! By the way - her sister is for sale if you're looking for a World caliber roping mare - show her then add her to your broodmare band! Janie gets a new home with Jennifer! Feb. 06 We purchased a daughter of Gay's Best (Gay Bar King) last year, she was in foal to foundation stallion Poco Hydecker and had a super bay filly. Jennifer from Titusville looked at her for a 4-H project for her niece and it was love at first site. (I hope that's a good description!). At Jennifer's last report Janie is doing super with long walks in the woods, and getting lots of TLC from all the family members. Best of Luck at the shows this year! (June, 05) Tejons Rosie Cody has a new home with Denis in New York. Denis purchased Rosie last spring (2005) for his new reining partner and the two are making a great team. Rosie (Docs Tejon X Topsail Jule X Topsail Cody) loves to stop big and, as Denis found out - likes to chase cows in her free time! Keep up the good work. TITLE - DATE Edit this Text |
